Welcome to our Ethics Line

Mauke Innovation offers a secure and confidential (and optionally anonymous) line of communication to report conduct that goes against the law, internal regulations, or ethical principles. Its goal is to prevent, detect, and correct inappropriate behaviour.

Our Ethics Line at Mauke Innovation

At Mauke Innovation we provide a secure, confidential, and optionally anonymous line of communication to anyone interested in reporting conduct that may go against the law, the internal rules of the company, or our own corporate ethical principles. This line aims to prevent, detect, and correct inappropriate behaviour.

In addition, the Ethics Line is available so that any employee can consult the company’s policies and processes and receive the relevant assessment.

To guarantee it functions successfully, it is fundamental that the Ethics Line is used responsibly. We will not accept complaints that have been written in bad faith, factually unfounded, or with the intention of unjustly harming third parties. These actions may warrant the application of measures provided for by the law or by Mauke’s internal regulations.

Messages can be written or recorded and once sent, you can monitor the status of your report.

According to the current regulations applicable to the protection of personal data, we inform you that your data will be processed by the system belonging to MAUKE INNOVATION, S.L. with NIF B19468933 and located in Bº SAN ANDRES 18, 20500 ARRASATE-MONDRAGON (GIPUZKOA).
  • In order to: Manage communication, adopt the corresponding corrective measures and, if necessary, inform the complainant of the result of the process.
  • Deadline for data conservation: data will be stored only during the time strictly necessary to investigate the claim.  In any case, once three (3) months have passed the data will be deleted unless it is being investigated in a different legal context.
  • Legal basis: Consent of interested party.
  • Sharing: Data will not be shared with third parties unless under legal obligation.

Finally, the complainant gives their explicit consent for the processing of the aforementioned data.
